I've searched my entire database and there are three equally realistic alternatives: 1) sit here and get blown up 2) Stand here and get blown up 3) Jump up and down, shout at me for not thinking of anything, then get blown up

Oh, I doubt it... I imagine he's pleased with his own cleverness and poetry. He speaks like someone who loves his subject (if not exactly his work), after all...
